In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with about 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders. You will be the process expert and drive changes and improvements within:
- Rolling out our IT system for training globally and support the continuous improvement of the system
- Defining and driving the implementation of a learning culture in Line of Business where focus today is mainly on training and SOP reading
- Defining and implementing a Quality Mindset and Quality Culture in ALK globally and ensuring that it is anchored in the whole organisation. This is an important step of our quality excellence journey.
- Strengthening the cross-site collaboration in relation to case handling in general by facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders globally
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of ALK´s Quality Management System and drive simplification initiatives.
You will have a global role and collaboration with a many different stakeholders and head up the global network groups with focus on improvements and knowledge sharing. Together with corporate and local experts to define corporate quality culture, processes, and requirements for IT systems, and drive the implementation process and follow up on business realisation of benefits
This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvements of the future quality processes and related to QMS and the quality culture within ALK, and gives you a large interface, global responsibility, and a great working environment.
Independent and proactive with excellent communication skills
You hold an academic degree within Learning, Engineering, Pharmacy or Natural science. Experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry and Project Management as well as global change management is required. Experience with lean, six sigma or scrum is regarded as a benefit.
As a person you can work independently and have an ambitious mind-set. You are result driven, pro-active and a profound team player. You can work at all levels in the organisation and drive several tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.
