The team for you to join

You will work in Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and report to the Global Regulatory Data Strategy Lead. You will be part of a result-driven and solution-oriented team, building on the strengths of diversity.  Together we cover regulations on food, feed and microbial based biopesticides. Team work is at the core of our success and you will have colleagues that have experience in making regulatory submissions, but are looking for you to be the regulatory systems specialist. 

You will work out of the Hørsholm office in Denmark. 

What would your role look like?

As Regulatory Data & Systems Specialist you will be working closely with a skilled Global Regulatory Data Project Manager that is ensuring the first implementation of software that you will be responsible to roll out to more business units and maintain the business configuration. Three specific areas are in focus: software for creation of Safety Data Sheets (Verisk 3E), Regulatory Information Management systems (Veeva) and internal regulatory share point sites.

Main tasks:

Be responsible for the systems owned by Regulatory Affairs: (Veeva (RegulatoryOne), Verisk 3E  SDS software, Share Point sites etc.):

  • Implement new functions/features released by the vendors
  • Expand usage to new business units, new geographies
  • Process maintenance/optimization (incl. writing operational Procedures) for regulatory affairs
  • User administration
  • Maintenance of business configuration lists
  • Training of new users
  • Single Point of Contact for systems suppliers (service agreement, issue escalation / resolution to supplier)

Other tasks that we hope you find interesting, but where no previous experience is required

  • Training & Learning Administrator: you will be responsible for planning of training for global regulatory affairs professionals
  • Suppliers Administrator: support cost center administrators with supplier and purchase order creation (Arriba) etc. 
  • Responsible for the process and tool supporting regulatory monitoring activities

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with a systematic and detail-oriented mindset being customer centric and solution oriented. There are many ways to qualify for the job: You could have a natural science background (technician or academic level) and have acquired IT skills along the way or an IT educational background with experience or interest in regulatory for food, pharma, plants or feed. You could also be a librarian or (bio)information specialist with IT skills and experience from regulatory department.

Ideally you have:

  • Participated in roll out and maintenance of cloud based regulatory IT systems in a larger organization 
  • Experience with update and maintenance of business configuration lists
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Share Points and Teams
  • Experience working with Arriba 
  • Desire to have a broad range of responsibilities
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

We would need you to be at the Hørsholm office at least 3 days per week. The job is a 2 year mission, but with good likelihood of a permanent position being created after 2 years.
