You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics
At MiR, we come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect that you’ll bring the following:
A relevant bachelor’s or mater’s degree and experience in one of the following areas:
- Software development, could be in development or project management
- Agile mythologies (SAFe, SCRUM)
- Agile project management tools (we use the Atlassian suite, MIRO)
You are fluent in both spoken and written English
Further it’s an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge about Semantic Versioning
- Knowledge about branching models such as Trunk Based Development and GitFlow
- A good understanding of build pipeline tooling (for example Drone and SonarQube)
You are pragmatic, ambitious, thorough, and structured so we continue to ensure that we have a high level of focus on quality in every aspect of the job.
You work independently and feel comfortable taking initiatives to improve and update the areas within your responsibility. You also have a sense of ownership and dedication that permeates your work. You can engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and you feel confident presenting to a larger crowd.
