IT Manager for our growing or­ga­niza­tion


Do you want to work as a manager in a company that develops systems to help keep people and society safe?
We are looking for an IT Manager, who can work closely with our skilled IT professionals and stakeholders in the organization. 
Our new IT Manager will be responsible for coordinating, planning and leading IT related activities in the organization.

Your role

As a manager of the IT team you will have responsibility for IT deliveries and support to users. 
You will lead one colleague in the IT team and also co-operate with a group of IT professionals in the organization and with external stakeholders.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lead IT projects and define strategy, architecture and processes. 
  • Monitor performance of IT systems and make suggestions for improving our IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze business requirements for future IT set up by partnering with key stakeholders in the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internal IT, handling system administration, and ensuring that our computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish appropriate working relationships with customers, vendors and our parent company in Sweden.
  • Ensure that our IT infrastructure is compliant with ISO 27001. 

Your profile

This opportunity requires a team player with good problem-solving skills and communication skills. You have appropriate IT education and several years of experience in IT management.

You have an excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network architecture, system administration, databases and storage systems. 

As a person you are structured with an eye for details. We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi¬dates who are good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write Danish and English fluently.
