KMD Graduate Program 2022
The KMD Graduate Program is a customized and structured program for professional development and learning. The graduate program is here to develop and grow some of KMD’s future talented specialists and leaders by providing a framework for accelerated career development.

As a graduate in KMD, you hold a business-critical position throughout the 18-month-long program. You are exposed to real life IT and business problems, and you work hands-on to create solutions, solve issues and collaborate with a variety of people, both externally and internally.

Software Developer Graduate
We are looking for Software Developer Graduates for two different teams working from our offices in Aalborg. In both positions you will be working with the development of software solutions to customers within the public sector; one solution is made for youth educations and the other for childcare institutions.
About the roles
Your primary task as a Software Development Graduate will be development of the two solutions using .Net/C#. We also work with Angular, EntityFramework, MSSQL, React/Typescript, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and there’s room for you to shape the role and develop within the areas you are most interested in.
As the role is primarily focused on coding and development, this will be your starting point but not necessarily where you end. The job can lead to careers within architecture, UX or you can continue the development path working towards more senior positions as you gain experience.
About the teams
In both teams we use Scrum and DevOps principles, and you will gain 10+ developer colleagues as well as designers, product owners, testers, architects, and supporters. Most of your colleagues will also work from the office in Aalborg but some are placed in Aarhus, Warsaw, or India.
We care about our colleagues, and we prioritize keeping in touch and having fun – even though some might be working from home or from different locations in Denmark and abroad.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for talented and ambitious candidates with a degree within Software Development, Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field of study. To be considered for the program you must have graduated between the summer of 2020 and September 2022.
If you are a future Software Developer Graduate, you will be able to identify with the following:
- You are passionate and curious about technology
- You aim for the best solution while presenting a high level of interest, engagement, and enthusiasm
- You work to challenge the status quo by generating new ideas and solutions
- You have great communication skills in both English and Danish
- You have experience with .Net/C#
- Experience with Angular or other of the mentioned technologies and languages is a plus but not a requirement
