Join a brand-new team – focused on delivering OT to enable our digital transformation
DSV Digital Core department is building up a team to drive IT/OT transformation initiatives across the three main business units of Road, Air&Sea and Solutions. We are developing infrastructure solutions, which enable the digital transformation & automation journey, which meets the requirements of our customers and the business.
Become the ambassador for your product
Your main task will be to manage the development process of one or more of our products as we transform our IT/OT setup. You will be the link connecting several parts of our organisation, as you collaborate closely with colleagues from IT, business change managers and business representatives.
Since we work using the SAFe framework, you will give relevant stakeholders status updates via sprint demoes every other week and larger product demonstrations in a wide forum of stakeholders every 3 months.
Among other things, you spend your time:
- Participating in Scrum meetings, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and ad hoc meetings with developers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Keeping track of the product road map
- Work with architect and engineering team to drive our OT infrastructure development
- Ensuring that your product is aligned with other products within the business
- Reporting upwards in our organisation to ensure high levels of transparency

You have experience from an agile setup

We furthermore imagine that you:
- Have experience as a business analyst, architect, or a product owner – the important thing is that you have worked in agile setup before
- Ideally have experience working with IT or OT infrastructure and/or automation solutions – it does not matter from which industry
- Speak and write English on a professional level, as you get colleagues from anywhere from all around the world
