As we would like to strengthen our Business Intelligence & Automation department, we are looking for a specialist in Robotics and Process Automation. The department supports the business in the areas of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Automation, Optimization, Controlling and Decision Support. Today we are 4 employees (3 in Stilling, Denmark, and 1 in Szczecin, Poland) and part of Group IT, which is anchored in Stilling near Aarhus in Denmark and has the overall responsibility for IT in FREJA.

The role

We constantly have many versatile tasks and projects for the entire FREJA Group's units. Therefore, as you get to know the business better, you will also get to have your own projects for which you will be responsible, just as you will be an important player in larger projects where someone else is a project manager.

To give you examples of some of our projects, we are currently looking into a project, where we want to use a model in Microsoft Power Automate to read from PDF and Image files and translate that into information our ERP system can read. All packed in a smooth and elegant business process solution. Another example would be to automate a typical business process with our RPA tool. The tasks are diverse, and you will significantly impact how the area will develop in FREJA.

About you

You are motivated to get acquainted with the transport and logistics industry and turn your theory into practice. You can work independently and you have a strong ability to create an overview. You want to be challenged in a well-functioning and flexible workplace. Moreover, we expect that:

  • You are theoretically well-founded, e.g., newly qualified BSc or equivalent, or have acquired your theoretical knowledge through work experience
  • Technical knowledge in robotics and automation processes and systems are an advantage
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Power Automate or Kofax RPA (or another process automation tool) are an advantage
  • You are empathetic and good at communicating in English
