If you are familiar with SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes with a Human Resource Information System, you may be interested in this position within IT. You will take responsibility in the construction, installation, support and configuration of the new software in a growing pharma company.
About the job
In our journey to become a true Enterprise setup, we have chosen to apply SAP SuccessFactors HR-IS to support our Human Resource department’s many activities.
The foundation has been built, including constructing a talented project team. However, we are looking for a specialist within this field. You will support in the IT setup, structure the interfaces, and help with the daily administration. Further, you will keep in contact with the business after the implementation which may include some travelling to our sites in Northern Europe.
We have already a similar setup with other chosen standard solutions. In this setup, the business selects Business Administrators who will, in dialogue with our IT Consultants, streamline and reconcile the different processes and tasks. Therefore, you will find sparring partners within this team. Hence, their exchange of experience, as well as yours, will benefit both processes and the business in general.
Who are you?
You are experienced with HR processes concerning employee data through the entire lifecycle. Your knowledge of interface possibilities against other systems will strengthen the process.
Moreover, you have at least 3 years of experience with SAP SF, especially Employee Central, Recruting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development.
Additionally, you are:
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Interested in an ongoing contact with the business to support in the further development of solutions
- Detail oriented as this trait will help you in succeeding in this role
- Agile in your approach to develop solutions
- Willing/able to travel to our sites in Northern Europe
Who are we?
You will become a part of a smaller team which is, however, in growth. It consists of IT Specialists within different applications. Three of your team members work with business solutions to Sales, Regulatory and Quality. They are all responsible to find a united solution but within different fields of work in the company.
Their contacts are Business Admins who will gather ideas and based on these ideas, you will collaborate to find solutions and afterwards, form plans. When errors occur, you will enter into a dialogue with the supplier where you subsequently will coordinate the work.
The team is a part of IT Systems and Development (S&D) which consists of 30 specialists within ERP (AX and SAP) as well as IT Development of own .Net applications.
IT S&D is a part of Corporate IT with more than 80 internal placed at our headquarter in Odense but divisions in Søborg, Leverkusen, Prague and at our plants.

You have the flexibility to choose if you want to work from our office in Søborg or our headquarter in Odense. However, in periods, you must be present at our headquarter in Odense. Additionally, you are able to work from home approximately 2 days a week in average.
