Take part in our digital (r)evolution

At DSV, we provide logistics solutions that connect businesses to the world. With constant new demands, legislations, expansions, acquisitions and world challenges being a constant for us, we are continuously working to improve our IT – not only for our customers but internally as well.

Enter: you. Joining our Product Platform function, you will work to ensure certain new IT developments are adopted efficiently among DSV colleagues across the world. Specifically, you will focus on our product and service catalogue and upcoming enterprise quote and agreement products – technical enrichment services that will simplify many work processes for thousands of colleagues globally.

Although you will report regularly to your senior manager, Sinti, who is based in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will work very independently day-to-day. As such, you can be based close to any DSV division around the world.

Bring software developments to life

With the goal of securing digital adoption throughout DSV, you will dedicate yourself to the entire processes, from proactively marketing and creating buy-in to ensuring successful implementation. As such, you will be the main point of contact between developers and the “customers” – your colleagues around the world.

More specifically, you will: 

  • Develop and drive onboarding roadmaps with business managers
  • Create manuals and other training materials with developers and business managers
  • Proactively handle new feature requests
  • Do feature call-outs
  • Host interactive walkthroughs both online and face-to-face
  • Perform routine check-ins with the colleagues that have adopted or are going through the implementation or adoption phase
  • Drive mini celebrations to create focus on wins and share them with colleagues across the organisation
  • Join regular meetings with the senior manager and other colleagues within the Product Platform function

As the very first in DSV dedicated exclusively to this mission, you will have great freedom to achieve it as you see fit. We have specific goals we would like to achieve. However, the final KPI’s will be decided upon together, and the framework and methods for creating adoption will be yours to develop and define.

Technical knowledge and people skills

You are a people person. So, building trust and relationships comes naturally to you, and you look forward to connecting with colleagues across borders and functions on a daily basis. However, you are also skilled in IT and understand the importance of building a deep understanding of the particular software you represent.

Apart from that, you:

  • Have experience as a product developer, product owner, Scrum master or a similar technical position
  • Are absolutely fluent in English and very comfortable communicating with people with varying levels of English skills – any other languages are a great plus!
  • Are able to travel – the amount will ultimately depend on how well you can balance establishing relationships face-to-face and online, but you can expect multiple trips per year
