Senior Dynamics 365 Portfolio Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Portfolio Manager to support our process of implementing Microsoft CE/D365 Sales & Marketing and Microsoft Business Central based on the modern Microsoft platform with Dataverse and the Power platform, including Power apps.

We’ve got high ambitions for leveraging these new platforms – and you’ll be leading a small team aiming to strategize, develop, implement and ongoingly improve and adjust these solutions to maximize value creation. You’ll be the system owner for these systems and be responsible towards the business stakeholders using it.

The Position

You’ll be part of our professional development department in Aalborg with over 70+ colleagues, where your day-to-day work involves maintaining close collaboration with internal stakeholders and super-users across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the current implementation process and ensure coordination and alignment with existing change initiatives.
  • Maintaining the business- and technical overview of the platforms, where you can draw on Centrica’s internal and external solutions providers.
  • Developing solutions, partly by making smaller adjustments and Power apps, partly being responsible for ordering, implementing, and testing larger adjustments to CE/D365 Sales and Business Central.
  • Helping ensure that our super-users across the business to maximize the value of the platform.

As we’re planning to ramp up the use of our Microsoft stack, you will also be responsible for licensing agreements and consulting partnerships and maintaining these contracts with our external suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ve got the drive and technical know-how necessary to understand a complex business area. With your proactive approach you aim to continually improve our business processes, driving team efforts to achieve continuous improvement. You might have a technical background, and/or sufficient technical training to understand a complex system landscape in a complex business.

With many points of contact, both internally and externally, it’s important that you’re able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and are motivated by working both individually and in teams. Furthermore, it’s advantageous if you have previous experience as an internal/external consultant on Microsoft CRM/D365 Sales/Business Central.
