eSecurity is an innovation area in Nets/Nexi with one of Europe’s leading competence centers within Digital ID and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). eSecurity is responsible for the development, management and operation of eSecurity’s products and services, including NemID and NemLog-in in Denmark. NemLog-in is owned by the Agency for Digital Government in Denmark, Digitaliseringsstyrelsen, developed and maintained by Nets/Nexi, and operated in a multi operations centre setup.

For our NemLog-in development teams in eSecurity in Denmark, we need a highly skilled System Architect.

You’ll be part of the IT eSecurity 2 department, that is responsible for NemLog-in, a central piece in the critical Danish national IT infrastructure. You will be part of a team with highly skilled colleagues in a unique professional culture, where everybody is focusing on delivering high quality solutions on time.

The team is right now working in a large project on further development of NemLog-in, to prepare NemLog-in for replacing parts of NemID, and to integrate NemLog-in with MitID.

You will as System Architect become part of the NemLog-in application development and application maintenance teams, that will continue to develop and maintain the .Net part of NemLog-in.

You’ll be powering IT eSecurity 2

We are looking for a skilled Architect, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical issues to developers and product owners, and also participate and drive in dialogue with our customer Digitaliseringsstyrelsen.

You are used to working with high-profile solutions where quality and resilience is important, but also with experience enough to handle a legacy codebase.


The NemLog-in system is a public IdP, with rights management and lots of integrations, so insight into these areas is a must:

  • Identity and rights management
  • OASIS SAML2, and preferably also the OIOSAML profiles
  • Cryptography, including public key infrastructure and secure channel communication

NemLog-in and MitID Erhverv provides critical infrastructure for the Danish public, based on standards, but is also deeply integrated to other parts in the landscape of Danish public systems.

Experience with integration to one or more of the following systems are therefore considered a plus:

  • OpenID Connect
  • CVR services, Elasticsearch
  • Digital Post
  • CPR
  • MitID
  • NemID
  • NemLog-in (obviously)

  • NET Framework, v 4.7.2
  • .NET 6
  • C#
  • Windows Communication Framework (WCF)
  • Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF)
  • MS SQL Server, including Stored Procedures
  • Entity Framework Core (EF Core) - MS SQL Server
  • Frontend - Angular
