Senior Delivery Executive

Then we have an interesting opportunity for you to join our team in Fujitsu Delivery as a Senior Delivery Executive. Fujitsu DK Delivery is responsible for delivering infrastructure & application services to both public and private Danish customers.

If you have significant experience from the ICT business on the vendor side handling service delivery to large customers, then this could be an exciting opportunity for you to develop yourself in a big global ICT vendor as Fujitsu.

You will be leading an account team that all work towards one or maybe two large Customers in Denmark. The purpose of your role is to secure excellent service delivery management and high quality of service delivery. Together with your account team you will face customers on tactical and strategical level. Customers are receiving Services from all over EMEIA incl. offshore.

Focus on customer collaboration and management of Account Team

As Senior Delivery Executive, you will focus on customer relationships and that Fujitsu delivers our services according to contract and that we achieve the expected growth and profitability, together with high customer satisfaction.

The Account will be assembled to ensure you have a competent team of SDM, Technical Architect, Operation manager and Financial Controller, Sales specialist and other roles if needed to ensure efficient Account Management.

You understand the importance of being visible and in a constant close dialogue with the customers on all organization levels regarding their priorities and business challenges. You will through your professional, business oriented and proactive way of working, become a valued trusted business partner for the customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, to increase Fujitsu share of wallet at the customers.

Key accountabilities & skills

When stepping into this role you will have every opportunity to make a difference. You will amongst other be accountable for the contract to one of Fujitsu Denmark’s biggest customer(s).

  • Customer satisfaction across multiple solutions and services
  • Manage and build Customer relationship
  • Manage PnLand drive for business
  • People manager for the Account Team

To be able to drive for success and excel in the role as Senior Delivery Executive we expect that you have the following skills:

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position as account manager or Delivery director to large international customers
  • Experience with leading Account Teams, customer governance and sales to big international customers
  • Experience with Service Delivery and a complex delivery setup from multiple local/global delivery teams
  • Experience with infrastructure, Cloud, and applications services
  • University Degree (Bachelor/M.Sc.) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (i.e., Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT etc.)
  • Fluent in written and oral Danish and English

You hold a strong Commercial mindset and ability to drive growth at Customer portfolio and you are resilient and able to get things done. You know how to work both on an operational, tactical, and strategic level and you are Empathetic and good at stakeholder management – both internal and with customers.
