We are currently looking for an administrative assistant, who can assist us with remote trouble shooting towards our valuable customers.
Working structured is vital in this position, as you will lay the foundation for the onwards customer communication.

Technical knowledge related to 2-stroke engines is not a prerequisite - we will make sure, that you will receive adequate training and secure proper knowledge sharing, ensuring accurate onboarding to safely build up relevant competences in this position.

What are you going to do?

As an administrative assistant in Technical Service, you will work closely together with our team of superintendents and technical advisors.

You main role will include:

  • Registration and filling in of master data on technical correspondence
  • Drive daily improvement in the daily technical correspondence (improve e-mail/ticket flow)
  • Present data in a visual way (Power BI)
  • Ad hoc assignments
  • IT related issues (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Be a key-person in the future direction of our mail handling program C4S

Who are you?

After some internal training you will thrive in an environment with individual assignments while at the same time being able to share knowledge and enter into cross-functional teams where it is found needed.

You will be working in a support function to the technical department consisting of 30 close colleagues.
