Au­to­ma­tion Engineer

As an Automation Engineer you will own the Digital Business development, TCV and revenue quota targets for a respective set of our Customers. This includes naturally the relationships with the customers as well as the Cognizant account managers & other leaders.

About You: 

1. Understand applications in scope 
2. Prepare Test Strategy and Validation Plan during Initiation Phase
3. Contribute to Risk Assessment 
4. Support Novo on process standardization across value streams
5. Guide and Ensure the project team is following Clients standards
6. Support in IQ, OQ and PQ execution
7. Demand/Resource Management, Defect Management
8. Support and Guide Automation Feasibility Analysis and maximize automation coverage
9. Manage and plan to deliver as per overall program plan

Required & nice to have Skills:

Must Haves:

1. Strong experience in SDLC and STLC    
2. Good Experience in Life Science Domain and Validation Testing
3. Clear Industry understanding of Life Science Manufacturing. 

Nice to Have/Your chance to grow

1. A stronghold in one of the following areas: IOT, AI, User Experience or Application Development
2. Prior experience forging relationships at Decision Maker Level and C-Level
3. University degree
