You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work

We are looking for a person who has experience with agile development, and who can take on the responsibility of coordinating development within the R&D software department. You will join our Software Operations team, responsible for supporting our software development lifecycle across multidisciplinary teams, from embedded to cloud. As a member of the team, you will be the glue that ties our R&D software departments together and ensures good communication and follow-through on our strategic goals.  

Your goals and responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinating development across teams within the R&D software department 
  • Help facilitate PI Planning sessions 
  • Help to identify and manage risks and impediments 
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks 
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders  
  • Facilitate cross team planning, testing and releases 
  • Strategy and execution alignment 
  • Facilitate System Demos 
  • Aligning expectations across development teams and their stakeholders in product management and technical support 
  • Visualization of plans and reporting of those to stakeholders 

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience in one of the following areas: 
    • Software development 
    • Experience working with SCRUM
    • Agile project management tools (we use the Atlassian suite, MIRO) 

Further it’s an advantage if you have: 

  • Knowledge about SAFe framework
