iOS Programmer who Masters Mixing Code Quality and User Value
Join the mind-expanding revolution by setting gaming free.
Do you love creating great interactive experiences for people? Would you like to work in the games industry using the latest tech? Do you get a kick out of having responsibility for the iOS code from early on? Then we might be a good fit for each other!
The Role
Unleashd for iOS consists of a native consumer facing app and partner facing SDK, built with modern technologies: SwiftUI, Async/Await and some Combine. You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining both, as well as participate in developing and maturing our product and tech stack in collaboration with our dedicated team of developers and designers.
You will be the first full time iOS programmer in the company.
You will;
- Develop and release our SDK with an eye for ease of use for our partners.
- Develop and release our iOS app while maintaining a high level of code quality
- Collaborate with UX and designers to build a great and engaging user experience
- Participate in developing and maturing our APIs, tech stack and feature set
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and ways we can improve our product
How we imagine you
You want to work where you matter, where your impact is visible and you are a big part of the company's success and culture.
Maybe you have 3-5 years experience, and want to step into a role where you will gain experience while you influence the way we do things.
You might be a more experienced programmer, who wants to get your hands in the mud and be an important contributor in a start-up environment.
You are self-driven and curious within your craft and thrive having the responsibility for your own area. You actively seek technical sparring and keep up to date with the latest software trends in iOS development.
You do well with positive and ambitious leadership who values your effort and appreciates your results.
You prefer coming to the office and working in proximity with your colleagues and don’t mind the occasional travel to meet with colleagues in other countries.
About us
Being a small startup we invite you to be a central part of the team and take responsibility for making Unleashd a success to the benefit of the players and game companies. We are all really passionate about what we do.
For a small team we are quite diverse and appreciate differences of opinion and informed discussions. We care about each other, our technology, our product, our partners and above all we care about the people we will be joining Unleashd.
About Multiscription
Fun and creative experiences are shackled by the way games are currently monetised. With Unleashd we want game developers to focus on making great games that unlock creativity, free thinking and expand the mind - and ensure people can engage with the experience freely.
We believe that the world needs creative solutions to overcome the problems we are facing. This requires innovation, creativity and technology. Playing games connects us with our inherent creativity and trains our ability to develop innovative solutions. We are therefore launching Unleashd, an exciting cross-game subscription service so game developers can focus on making great games and the players can focus on enjoying the games. Unleashd is changing the games industry and invites you to be part of the new era of game monetization to the benefit of players, game companies and the rest of the world.
Multiscription is a small Danish/Swedish startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we are behind Unleashd.
Practicalities
Onsite/Remote Work: We believe that innovation and creativity thrives best when people are in the same location. That being said, everyone enjoys a lot of flexibility when it comes to working from home when needed. We have so far no fixed rules for how much people can work from home since everyone on the team actually prefers coming to the office as much as possible.
Salary based on qualifications. Possibility of enrolling in our equity program.
We also offer: Free lunch, flexible working hours, in-house meditation, central office literally across from the Metro station, paid holiday, social events, free coffee/tea - we don’t have fruit baskets but if you want one we will get one!
For relocating staff: We will assist you in finding accommodation, getting the permits needed and getting settled in general. We will cover your expenses for traveling to Denmark, and your working permit.
Application deadline: We are actively recruiting so let us hear from you as soon as possible. Send your CV and other relevant information through the link below.
Interviews: We might call you for several interviews, at least a few of them will be online, and we might ask you to do a smaller task in the final stages of interviews.
Start date: As soon as possible
We look forward to hearing from you!
