At Bunker Holding Group, we specialise in buying, selling and supplying marine fuel and lubricating oil to ships. With an ever-changing market, and our desire to move towards greener fuelling solutions, trading is becoming increasingly complex.

As such, we are constantly improving our in-house product suites to help and support our colleagues operating in the commodity trading market with everything from capturing derivative trades to sending invoices. To support it all, we are revisiting our current hybrid setup, and you will be key to bringing our vision to life.

Lead us to success

Your main mission will be to ensure optimal infrastructure and architecture to support the continued delivery of trading solutions for colleagues across the organisation. To do so, you will build solid technical practices that fit our infrastructure and enable teams to deliver the right tasks with clear prioritisation and direction. This includes our technical teams, agile teams and product teams.

More concretely, you will:

• Explore and develop an in-depth understanding of the work performed in the teams and help them towards a unified transition
• Facilitate efficient solution development by creating roadmaps and helping the teams plan ahead and prioritise between processes as they go
• Make sure that technical enablers are included in the roadmap in collaboration with our Head of Technology

Experienced leader within cloud & operations and strategic execution

You have at least 4 years of experience working in a hybrid setup and some experience with with Cloud solutions and leadership through empowerment, possibly from a position as an IT operations manager or similar. In terms of your soft skills, you are ideally:

• Team and service oriented in nature, and you enjoy collaborating across departments and borders and solving challenges together
• Highly emotionally intelligent and a skilled communicator with the capacity to create buy-in and build trusting relations with colleagues
• You are curious and have a servant leadership mindset towards your team
