We are looking for a senior business analyst ready to share and grow

As a business analyst in the AML/counter-terrorist financing (CTF) program, you will be a part of one of the highest priorities in BEC, Financial Crime Prevention. The program delivers IT solutions for the future. We support our customers by building secure technology that prevents and detect financial crime.

You will have a significant role in implementing new business solutions within the Transaction monitoring area, where your daily tasks will be to analyze and define requirements together with our customers.

The AML/CTF program consists of 6 development teams, and we work closely together, and we follow the agile framework SAFe.

You will be a part of the FCP TM team, which consists of experienced people working collaboratively as a team and independently when required. We have a good and positive atmosphere with high professionalism and quality standards, and we look forward to welcoming you as our colleague.

Primary task and responsibilities

In the position as senior business analyst, you will work closely with our customers but also colleagues from other teams in BEC. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

• Clarifying business needs and analyzing requirements
• Create overview and documentation of solutions
• You contribute to testing of the solutions
• Clarify requirements to other teams
• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops
• Refine features and provide input for our product owner

Preferably, you have an educational background at master’s level within Finance or IT and at least 3 years of experience from a similar position in the financial sector, preferably within the AML/CTF area (not a hard requirement).
