About the department
You will be working in Manufacturing IT, which is part of our Digital, Data & IT organisation, and you will be an integrated part of the capacity expansion programme. You will get the opportunity to join an international, high performing team. We are supporting IT used in production and we take responsibility for new IT investment projects with the focus of harmonising and standardising the IT landscape across our manufacturing areas globally.
The position
We are looking for a new colleague that can combine IT knowledge, vendor management expertise and solid project management skills. The position will be based in Bagsværd, where you will be co-located with your day-to-day stakeholders.
Specifically, you’ll take responsibility for:
- Building and maintaining an overall roadmap of IT/OT deployment across our capacity expansion projects
- Establishing, operating and improving our global processes for demand and IT/OT resource management in collaboration with our strategic vendors
- Creating work packages for strategic vendors for all capacity expansion projects in accordance with type of site, tech stack, and location constraints/requirements
- Continuously leverage our strategic partnership to optimise value creation
- Ensuring goals, success criteria and business benefits for the project are accurately described and managed
- Providing timely and relevant updates on project status for all key stakeholders, reporting and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects.
You will work closely with our highly engaged global colleagues from Product Supply, Digital Data and IT, our business stakeholders and our strategic external partner.
Qualifications
We are looking for ambitious and proactive colleagues who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. To succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experience:
- A Master's degree within a relevant field and more than 5 years’ experience in IT project management
- IT/OT deployment in large scale implementation programmes
- Professional experience from a large global company and you are used to working with different cultures
- Experience with vendor management in large scale rollouts
- Excellent communication skills, with strong English fluency
On a personal level, you have strong analytical and people skills as wells as a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way.
