As an SAP Subject Matter Expert, part of Cognizant SAP Delivery Team you will be responsible for driving SAP conversations, consulting, design, implementation, and support of customer SAP landscape / requirements.

About You: 

As an SAP Integration Consultant, you will be responsible to consult, coordinate, design, implement and support on customers integration, and data needs on SAP. Demonstrate extensive experience in SAP roadmap in the areas of SAP Integration, Integration Strategies, and related tools.

• Act as the integration expert & coordinator, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions. 
• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system  testing and implementation phases of project. 
• Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs. 
• Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.
• Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions. 
• Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's. 
• Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team. 
• Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities. 
• Mentor and coach junior developer resources. 
• Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives. 

Required & Nice to have Skills:

Must Haves:

• Consultant to drive Integration analysis (SAP PO, CPI, datastage, etc)
• Risk based approach - Define the activities needed to ensure that interfaces between SAP and other key NN systems run successful at S/4 go live.
• Experience in few of the following: Digital Batch Release, GlobalLIMS, LIFT, MES (several), Model-N, PAS-X, PEMS, QualityDocs, Styx, Uipath
• Make an initial impact analysis, if possible using data from S/4 HANA system used in 2022 Benefit Trials, and sending to middleware.
• Activities are to be defined and a plan including schedule and people is to be derived.    

Nice to Have / Your chance to grow:

• Prior domain experience from Life Sciences, Logistics and/or Manufacturing
• Excellent coordinator and communicator
• SAP certifications
• University degree
