As an SAP Subject Matter Expert, part of Cognizant SAP Delivery Team you will be responsible for driving SAP conversations, consulting, design, implementation, and support of customer SAP landscape / requirements.

About You

You are an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong understanding of simplification items with a desire to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to help them optimize their SAP S/4HANA systems and processes, and handle solution redesign of simplification items when moving from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

• Provide expertise in simplification items and recommend best practices to clients
• Assess and analyse existing SAP systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
• Work with project teams to define and design new SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions and enhancements
• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, policies, and procedures
• Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA trends, technologies, and features

Required & Nice to have Skills:

Must Haves:

• SAP functional consultants for simplification items: Possible redesign.
• Experience in simplification items when moving from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Solution Redesign experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on simplification items.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA simplification items, such as data model changes, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including hands-on configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

• a stronghold in one of the following areas: SAP simplification items, S/4HANA experience
• Prior domain experience from Life Sciences, Logistics and/or Manufacturing
• SAP certifications
• University degree
