We are building a new bank for SMEs (Small- and Medium sized Enterprises), and we are looking for a technology driven Operations Specialist with an urge to build our fully automated operations. 

Does it give you energy to optimize and automate processes? Does it give you energy to play a central role, and to be the one connecting the dots?  Does it give you energy to work with a mix of stakeholders?

We have built a new bank – completely from scratch – to exploit the newest technologies with the purpose of giving people time and freedom to be creative.

About you

We are looking for a person with a desire to: 

• Understand the principles of banking. 
• Take banking to a new level with automated processes. 
• Work with infrastructure and operational excellence. 

You probably have 

• A development mindset.
• A “can do” attitude and a desire to excel.
• Stamina to drive implementations independently.
• Experience with infrastructure and operational excellence. 
• Experience with creating digitally designed processes.
• Experience from the financial industry. 
• An educational background within tech, finance, project management or similar.
