Manager for Our Quality & Process Team

We are looking for a candidate that can lead our newly established team of experts in the field of quality, processes and operational excellence. The team has been established to strengthen our efforts to deliver products that are secure and have a high level of quality.  

Your role

As a leader you have the full responsibility for a team of 4 highly experienced and skilled specialists in each their field.

The successful candidate for this challenging position will be responsible for all aspects of people and team management. You will focus on building the team and ensuring that the team develops the right competences for future requirements.

The team works with topics like:

• Quality management system
• Work environment
• Safety management
• Continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Internal and external audits
• Training of  organization in quality system and processes
• Improving internal processes and drive changes
• Alignment with group functions for quality and operational excellence
• Quality management support for customer projects

Our new leader will drive changes and business improvements in our organization. You will play an instrumental role in insuring that our management system is effective and ready for future growth.

We have the following main certificates that are relevant for this role. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 and we comply with different NATO AQAP standards in specific projects as well.

We expect you to look ahead and also ensure that your team can support projects in evaluating future requirements for new standards.

Your Profile

This opportunity requires a team player with management and leadership skills, initiative and interpersonal skills. 

You have an appropriate professional qualification (preferably a bachelor or master’s degree) and some years of experience in management. The preferred candidate has a track record of being in the driver’s seat of change management, quality and process assurance and you have a clear understanding of how changes effect people.

You have a strong business understanding and like to work in a dynamic work environment. 

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates who are good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English fluently.
