As Compliance / Validation consultant you have 10 years experience in the field, with 5+ years experience in SAP Test Planning, Risk Assessments & Compliance Strategy together with high level understanding of Test Strategy for SAP S/4HANA Transformation.

About You:

You have 10 years experience as Compliance / Validation consultant for Compliance Strategy and with minimum of 5+ years experience in SAP Test Planning, Risk assessment, Compliance Strategy as well as a high-level Test Strategy for the S/4 HANA upgrade must be developed. This includes principles for what to test and how to document the test in the different project phases.

• Demonstrable Pharmacy experience working on SAP S4/Hana  
• Experience in full cycle implementation.
• Knowledge in SAP Test Automation Tools like Leapwork, Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft is added advantage.
• Extensive experience in functional testing of various SAP processes.
• Sound knowledge of unit, system, integration and regression testing.
• Creating test artifacts and performing testing independently.
• Ability to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria and design test cases to ensure these are met by the system delivered.
• Independently create, execute and maintain comprehensive scripts in line with the testing strategy.
• Ability to go beyond the requirements to ensure system testing scenarios validate the QA of the solution provided and that it will operate within the target environment without error or regression.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle including testing, deployment and documentation activities.
• Proven experience of working with a structured testing methodology Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members.
• Self-motivated and proactive, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in having worked in an Agile Scrum team / ARTs
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• A self-motivated and high energy individual with a keen eye for details.
• Experience in having worked with high performing teams.
• Experience of having played similar roles in a large transformation programs in Insurance domain.
• Ability to bring in best practices from previous experiences as a value add to the customer and program.
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor scenario.
• Experience in working with European customers directly is a definite plus.
• A good team player with collaborative abilities.
• Certifications in Testing and SAP is a plus

Must Haves:

• Compliance/validation consultant for Compliance Strategy and Test planning.
• Risk assessment, Compliance Strategy as well as a high-level Test Strategy for the S/4 HANA upgrade must be developed. This includes principles for what to test and how to document the test in the different project phases. 1 person needed to write these documents based on input from stakeholders (IT QA, IT QC, SarbOx, GIA, etc) 
• First version of Compliance strategy and Test strategy are written

Nice to Have / Your chance to grow

• A stronghold in one of the following areas: Compliance / Validation Testing, knowledge of S/4HANA Transformation Journey
• Prior domain experience from Life Sciences, Logistics and/or Manufacturing
• University degree
