Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager ready to share and grow

As part of the Roskilde based IT Service Management team, you will be managing our Customer Service team. This includes our service desk assisting internal employees and external bank customers, and our technical support assisting end customers of the BEC supported banks in having a great customer experience. Our technical support is staffed all days of the week to serve customers using the systems.  We excel on a professional conduct and offering support leaving the customers happy - which is often more than just solving the problem.

The manager will maintain a skilled workforce consisting of multiple part-time employees and full-time experts. The team must be aware about new service offerings and be ready to support.  Additionally, the manager will be responsible towards the support financial institutions on service reporting.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

In the position as Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with customer accounts and the other branches of IT Service Management. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

  • Motivate and lead a large service organization and inject the right customer experience values
  • Be part of the team interfacing with the financial institutions
  • Represent the team in IT Service Management leadership team  
  • Secure proper tooling and processes
  • Be the voice of the end customer and convey feedback to the system development
  • Financial and service level accountability
  • Data-driven performance and reporting

Preferably, you have a relevant education and experience from a similar position working with customer facing service organizations.
