IT Ap­pli­ca­tion Support

We are looking for an IT Application Supporter to join our Nordic support team at ALD Automotive in Denmark.

As our new IT Application Supporter, you'll be the superhero who helps our internal employees in the ALD Nordic region when they're having technical issues with our ERP solution for car leasing.

You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot and fix their problems, making sure they're happy and satisfied with our product. You will work closely with business users in our Nordic region, as well as our IT development team, to troubleshoot and fix issues in our ERP solution.

You will provide support to ALD Nordic region, and travel days can be expected.

The tone in the team is informal, and a good sense of humor is an important part of everyday life. The team has great independence and high influence in the daily work. As part of the Nordic regional office, you will be located at ALD Automotive’s Danish headquarter in Taastrup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers using Miles, our ERP solution for car leasing
• Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to their problems
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems
• Collaborate with our development team to fix technical issues and suggest improvements to our ERP solution
• Stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements to our ERP solution
• Help create training materials and documentation for users of our ERP solution
• Share your expertise with others and help build a culture of customer success

Your profile

To succeed in the role of an IT Application Supporter, you must work in a structured way and be attentive to details while providing excellent service for your internal customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to empathize with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of one of the Nordic languages (DK, SWE, or FIN)
• Have great team spirit.

It is a plus if you also have

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Experience from the car leasing industry
