Welcome to Group IT Compliance

Here, you will be part of the Security Governance & Risk Management team consisting of 5 colleagues in Group IT Compliance. You can look forward to a modern and office landscape with captivating high ceilings and acoustic dampening, located in our headquarters in Hedehusene. 

Together, we help define and establish information security governance across DSV as well as assess and improve our security posture continuously across different functions. We also manage risks and ensure that employees are trained to help protect DSV against cyber threats. 

Lead our security awareness program 

One of your main responsibilities as our new information security manager will be to drive the security awareness and training programme for the entire organisation – and throughout, you will collaborate closely with highly skilled international colleagues. 

You will therefore be a key component in driving behavioural change and ensuring that the training and initiatives are tailored to different regions, cultures, and management levels.

Besides driving communication and awareness campaigns, you will be: 

  • Preparing and coordinating global security training and phishing simulations
  • Driving the establishment of the security ambassador network across the organisation
  • Continuously finding ways to improve the information security culture in DSV
  • Assisting team members with e.g. security maturity, management reporting and risk assessments
  • Collaborating with colleagues from all over the world on information security initiatives and issues

Information security experience and great communication skills

We imagine that you possess a keen interest in behavioural change and organisational risk. At the same time, you have a strong analytical skillset and a self-driven attitude that enables you to seamlessly navigate different levels of the organisation, as well as work effectively across diverse countries and cultures. 

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience within information security – we don’t expect you to be an expert, but you should have a good understanding of key concepts and areas within the field 
  • Have good communication and presentation skills, as you will be communicating to large audiences and making presentations for senior management
