In­structio­nal Designer - User Ex­pe­ri­en­ce

Continia is looking for you – a highly skilled Instructional Designer passionate about digital communication and delivering top-class learning experiences. About your role

As an Instructional Designer in the User Experience team, you'll work with internal stakeholders to design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective training materials, such as e-learning courses and in-app instructional content for our extensions for Business Central.

We're currently building and expanding our English e-learning offerings, and it'll be your job to not only make it come alive, but also shape the design and strategy.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following tasks:

• Design and implement effective and engaging end-to-end e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with solution specialists to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives.
• Create and process training videos and audio content, as well as design visual representations of complex concepts.
• Write compelling content and voice-over scripts.
• Contribute to the development of the Continia learning universe.
• Maintain and update existing training content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

About you

We imagine you have the following qualifications and characteristics: 

• 3+ years of experience with instructional design or technical writing, preferably from a software or technology company.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Creative and driven with a passion for designing and developing e-learning courses and other digital learning resources.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other financial systems is preferred, but not required.
