We are looking for a manager ready to grow and drive change

As our new leader, you will have the unique opportunity to manage and continually improve our data and information architecture, and data governance, ensuring that our data is trustworthy and meets business needs. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced data management professional ready to grow and drive change.

From Roskilde you will play a key role in leading and developing our team of data and information architects, working alongside one other manager in the enterprise data management area located in the architecture division. In your team are nine fantastic data and information architects who report directly to you, and there are sixteen strong data stewards in different business domains in BEC.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

Your primary task and responsibilities will include:

• Developing and supporting your team to achieve their full potential
• Setting ambitious goals and identifying and removing any obstacles that stand in the way of achieving them
• Spearheading efforts to improve data quality and data sharing, ensuring that data is accessible and reliable
• Strengthen decentralized data stewards further
• Communicate with key stakeholders and collect and share feedback
• Ensure transparency on decisions, progress, and results
