IAM Team Manager & SCRUM Master to lead the Im­ple­men­ta­tion of SailPoint

Welcome to IAM & HR Systems

You will be the newest member of our IAM & HR Systems management team which is part of the Global Finance & Group Systems IT. It is our responsibility to roll out SailPoint IIQ across the global set-up in DSV, implement any other solutions, help support and improve our business processes as well as staying compliant. Furthermore, you will take the role as the team SCRUM Master ensuring that the team works according to the SCRUM Guide.

From our office in Hedehusene, you will manage a highly skilled team of around 8 people with roles such as Project manager, Architect, SailPoint Developer, Service Owner, and Product Owner. And as your team is based in various countries around the world, you will mostly communicate through our digital channels.

Be the SailPoint ambassador and lead your team

As our IAM Manager, you will support your team in working according to SCRUM and ensure clear delivery objectives. You will be communication clearly and frequently with our stakeholders and ensure support and clarity in what we do.

We provide solution recommendations, consider scope and user requirements as well as take care of the configurations. And it is your task to ensure that we deliver as promised.

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate and hire resources.
  • Communicate with- and develop your team both in joint meetings and in one-on-one conversations.
  • Reach out and communicate with stakeholders such as project managers, peers, and business counterparts.
  • Drive and facilitate process improvements, defining ways of working or other team activities.
  • Ensure a clear and communicated Roadmap for the Implementation of SailPoint

Seasoned leader ready for remote leadership

To succeed in this position, you will need to perfect the art of managing your team at a distance. To do this, you will need to reach out to your team members on an ongoing basis to provide clear guidelines and make sure they thrive. You will also get to use your diplomacy and stakeholder management skills as you collaborate with colleagues across the world. You will be expected to work in the office in Hedehusene together with around four other team members.

We have an open mind regarding your background, though we imagine that you:

  • Have experience with IAM Solutions and experience in complex IT landscapes from either a consultancy or a large international organisation.
  • Have solid experience with management, preferably as a line manager in an IT organisation.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
  • May hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT and have experience in project management.
