People Manager for agile organization

We have two vacant positions for People Manager - one for our developers in Vejle (referring to Bo Jensen) and one for our developers at our office in Aalborg (referring to Thomas Ledet).

You will join a Danish market leading company within the PropTech sector that is ready to start the expansion into the rest of Europe with the goal of becoming a leading European player. In order to fulfill our ambitions, we have expanded extensively and currently have 10 teams collaborating closely to build complex best-in-class products to further our growth aspirations.
As an Agile People Leader, we expect you to be passionate about leadership and take pride in succeeding through others. A key responsibility will be to keep your employees motivated and performance focused while simultaneously ensuring a healthy work environment. You will be granted great independence and a mandate to ensure that your employees have the best possible conditions to succeed.
You will be responsible for a number of employees, and we are working in a distributed Danish and Polish setup so some travelling to Poland is to be expected.
Your daily work will evolve around engaging with your developers and ensuring their commitment and high employee satisfaction. You will also closely collaborate with Head of Development, scrum masters and team leads to establish the best possible processes and a great work environment so our teams have the optimal conditions to reach their objectives and goals.
Your tasks among other will be:
- Being the direct manager for up to 30 software developers
- Coaching and mentoring your employees to unlock their full potential
- Develop the competencies and capabilities of each individual developer
- Collaborate across the organization and stakeholders
- Contribute and participate in the continuously improvement of our agile process
- Keep the focus on our objectives and ensure high performance
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a people leader
- Skilled in Agile methodologies
- Knowledgeable about software development
- Emphatic and people-first approach
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English

After 10 years of collaboration, Unik and Logicmedia merged in May 2021 to join competencies and products to a greater extent hereby creating the future industry solution for the property management.
