How you will contribute to changing the future of eCommerce

What’s unique about this role is that you’ll work with a nimble team and be truly influential. You will be responsible for helping ensure that new and existing DynamicWeb clients are receiving the best performance possible by leading to the change in data processing of notable eCommerce merchants.

Your priority will be to ground yourself in DynamicWeb’s specific knowledge, tools, processes, and people necessary to be successful on the job as you get properly acquainted with your clients. We lead with trust, so no need to wait to dive in and begin doing what you’re passionate about.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a responsible project consultant, advising clients on the pros and cons of platform features, and helping them make informed decisions.
Take ownership of consulting tasks such as sparring with clients on feature evaluations and platform capabilities.
Lead and coordinate workshops with customers to assess their needs and design the right DynamicWeb solution for them.
Design and plan long-term implementation projects, keeping both clients and development teams on track with well-defined timelines and deliverables – in close cooperation with the solution tech lead.
Maintain a highly structured approach, ensuring all aspects of the project are managed efficiently and diplomatically, especially when working with diverse stakeholders, including external customers and internal web developers.
Use strong communication to navigate complex environments, ensuring successful project outcomes while fostering positive relationships.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on structured project management and consultancy.
Familiarity with the DynamicWeb platform or similar digital platforms.
Strong ability to scope, plan, and execute long-term implementation projects, with the organizational skills to track multiple moving parts.
Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach to managing both developers and customers, ensuring clear and constructive collaboration.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and a strong business understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in eCommerce or digital platforms.
Knowledge of C# development, system integration and the data flows of an ecommerce platform
Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders.
