About You:

As Test Manager you help clients transform their business, mostly driven by digital opportunities and technology. In a typical program you are working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of IT and how testing can contribute to run an organization better or different.

As a Test Manager you will lead our QE&A, which specializes in test management of large complex and often digital transformation programs at clients. We use a variety of testing Automation tools and frameworks to increase the automation adoption, making sure that the client needs are properly addressed.

Our ideal candidate

• 10+ yrs of experience in Quality Engineering / Assurance with at least 4+ years of experience in the Test Automation.
• Extensive experience in Test Management
• Test planning & Strategizing
• Experience in Agile delivery model
• Requirement analysis
• Test Design & Execution
• Defect Management
• Test progress reporting (Daily, weekly, End of Test Report)
• Test Automation (Automation framework, Java-Selenium, etc.)
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence
• Test process and test maturity optimization
• Stakeholder Management
• Problem solving skills, independently manage test team and people management. Go-getter attitude
• Very good communication skills (Danish & English)
• Experience in coordinating offshore/nearshore teams
