Step into the Heart of SDC’s Solutions

Our Regulatory Reporting Department sits at the center of SDC’s Core Platforms & Applications Area. In other words, we’re the crew keeping regulatory products, services, and operations stable and smooth for our customers - across Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, and Norway.

The department consists of three specialized teams, but your focus will be exclusively on AML—where you’ll play an essential role.

Tech tools of the trade? Our solutions include SAS FM for regulatory accounting, SAS AML for anti-money laundering, and Axapta for client accounting and workflow. All of this is powered by data from our Teradata Data Warehouse, which processes millions of transactions to give our customers powerful reporting capabilities.

Your Mission as AML Team Leader

We’re looking for a strong, solution-oriented leader to head our AML Team—a team highly valued by our customers who count on us to prevent financial crime and keep regulatory compliance on track. You’ll lead a group of 10 skilled specialists based across Denmark and Poland, with deep expertise in both AML legislation and system development. Together we maintain and enhance critical AML systems while developing innovative solutions to meet future needs.

In this role, you’ll balance structure with a bit of controlled chaos. The complexity here is real, and being able to stay calm and prioritize effectively is key. You’ll bring clarity and motivation to a talented team working in a demanding regulatory landscape.

What You Bring to the Table

A dynamic, solution-oriented mindset: You love tackling challenges head-on, solving problems, and finding clarity amid complexity.

IT leadership background with a splash of AML: Bonus points if you understand banking requirements and have AML experience, but a solid tech foundation and willingness to learn are most important.

Strong stakeholder management skills: You’re adept at balancing customer needs with team priorities, ensuring open communication and alignment across stakeholders.

Proven leadership in complex environments: You’re skilled at managing hybrid teams, making tough decisions when necessary, and keeping things on track even when juggling multiple moving parts.

Hands-on and results-oriented: You don’t just talk the talk—you make things happen.

...also, you need to communicate fluently in both English and Danish.
