Autorola Group, a global leader in online automotive auctions and data-driven solutions with operations in 24 countries, is seeking a Product Analyst for our Autorola Marketplace division, which is currently undergoing a transformation to a product-oriented model. We are committed to ensuring a user-centric development approach, and for this, we need a Product Analyst.
The Role
As a Product Analyst student worker, you will assist in driving the evolution of our Marketplace product - an online auction platform used by colleagues within Autorola Group and its subsidiaries, as well as dealers worldwide. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of product discovery, market research, and customer experience improvement, working closely with our experienced Product Managers and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Product Discovery: Conduct interviews with end users and support in gathering key insights to inform product development.
- Market Research: Assist in researching trends and analyzing the automotive auction market, helping to ensure our platform stays ahead of the competition.
- Feature Requests and Feedback Management: Help manage feature requests from internal and external stakeholders, contributing to product backlog grooming.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze NPS scores and other feedback metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Product Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, software development, and customer support to ensure product initiatives meet user and business needs.
About You
- Education: You are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science, IT, Product Management, or similar) and are excited to apply what you’ve learned to real-world product management challenges.
- Passion for Product Management: You are interested in growing a career in product management or product ownership, and have a genuine enthusiasm for digital products and marketplaces.
- User-Focused: You enjoy understanding users’ needs and motivations and can translate these insights into product opportunities. Customer-oriented work experience is beneficial but not required.
- Analytical and Curious: You are eager to understand new markets, explore user data, and dive into feedback metrics like NPS. And you are structured, systematic, and methodical in your approach to tasks.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
