Technical Con­sult­ant

Epona are looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant.

As a Technical Consultant you are responsible for installing software, carrying out data migrations, developing PowerShell scripts, translating functional requirements into technical solutions and working within the Microsoft Azure environment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet specific customer needs.

Activities:

• Installing software: Implementing and configuring Office COM plugins and other software applications.
• Data migrations: Carrying out data migrations from various systems to new environments, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• PowerShell scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint and other Microsoft products to promote automation and efficiency.
• Technical solutions: Translating functional wishes and requirements of customers into technical specifications and solutions.
• Microsoft Azure: Manage and optimize cloud environments within Microsoft Azure, including setting up virtual machines, databases, and other cloud services.
• Support: Helping colleagues and customers with technical problems and challenges.

Requirements / skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of Office COM plugins and software installation processes.
• Experience with data migrations and working with different database systems.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
