UX Student Assistant

The position

As a UX Student Assistant, you will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring focus and clarity on the operational side. With your organizational and administrative skills, you will drive and develop continued improvement and robustness of the business processes around the UX activities supporting the UX/UI Designers.

Your tasks will include:

  • Recruiting users & supporting ad hoc tasks for usability tests and other activities
  • Maintaining our website, folders, and drives
  • Coordinating workshops and training
  • Helping with Prototyping in Figma
  • Preparing SharePoint sites and setting up surveys

This is a position of approx. 18 hours a week and we expect you to be at the office in Bagsværd 2 days per week. Working hours: Within the period 08.00-17.00. There may be periods when you need to work outside these working hours, as your collaboration partners are in other time zones - the job therefore requires that you can do so from time to time.

Qualifications

You are a Student currently doing your Bachelor’s or just started a Master’s degree in Digital Design, Business & IT, or another relevant field with at least 1,5 – 2 years of studying left.

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • A strong communicator
  • A team player who is comfortable working independently
  • Ability to perform tasks proactively
  • Solid PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

Preferably, you have experience with Figma.

About the department

You will be part of a UX team with 7 internal UX colleagues and app. 10 external UX Designers and 4 other UX Student Assistants. We emphasize professional sparring across the team in an atmosphere with room for creativity and fun. You will report to the Head of UX DD&IT Staffs.

The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 65,000 colleagues globally and our goal is to create an intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organisation.
