As part of the data management department, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of 13 exceptionally skilled and motivated peers. You will play an important role

Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain solutions where data is put into play with processes, and our deep mechanical knowledge. Your tasks may include:

• Collaborate with a supportive team to identify and address data flow challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, ensuring inclusivity in solution design.
• Develop and implement strategic solutions for optimizing data management processes.
• Support the integration of IT systems, learning and growing alongside experienced professionals.
• Drive initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and promote diversity of thought.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering an inclusive work environment.

• A passion for data management and a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• An interest in strategic thinking and a commitment to inclusivity.
• Should you know how an engine work, it is a plus but not a requirement
• We work with Azure, SAP and ARAS to name a few, it would be an advantage if you knew some of those.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
