Continia Software is looking for three Business Central Support Engineers to join our support team, Continia Customer Care.

About your role

Currently, Continia is searching for three support engineers to join our team:

  • Support Engineer for Continia Expense Management
  • Support Engineer for Continia Document Capture
  • Support Engineer for Continia Payment Management

This is what you will do:

  • Provide daily support via phone, email, or our web-based helpdesk platform to Danish and international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of above product solutions.
  • Reproduce reported issues and communicate these issues to our development team.
  • Test new functionality.
  • Document frequently asked questions and answers.
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.

Dependent on your location, you can be based in Aalborg or Copenhagen.

About you

From a personality perspective, Continia is looking for three new colleagues with a positive, service-minded attitude and an independent and self-driven mindset.

You are accountable, approach your endeavors with a can-do attitude and embrace the responsibility that comes with your work and team. Together, you and your team are motivated by providing excellent, first-class support.

To become successful in this role, you hold the following skills and personal traits:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Continia solutions is an advantage.
  • Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server environments and their technical configuration is an advantage.
  • A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
  • A genuine ability to work in a structured way and to handle multiple tasks and collect/convey requests and ideas for new product features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English (Danish would be an advantage, but not required).
  • Strong, proven interpersonal skills are mandatory as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
