Service Delivery Manager

Your role

In the role as Service Delivery Manager, you will act as project manager on service level agreements - handling and delivering services, maintenance and support, seamless to Saab Danmark A/S customers.

Tasks

  • Manage, sustain and extend service- and maintenance contracts according to contractual requirements and processes
  • Create, negotiate and review service contracts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions
  • Support Sales in the tender phase with quotes and descriptions on service deliveries
  • Plan and execute customer meetings and workshops
  • Handle requirements and secure risk management
  • Clarify activities, establish plans with milestones and concrete tasks
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with service contracts
