Head of En­ter­pri­se Risk Ma­na­ge­ment


We are looking for a candidate who has an interest in enterprise risk management and information security and want to take on a key role in further developing and maturing our enterprise risk framework and risk reporting to Nuuday’s executive management and Board of Directors.

Primary responsibilities

As Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for a department who are maintaining and maturing Nuuday's enterprise risk management framework, policies, guidelines, and templates, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and aligning with the latest best practices for risk management.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Nuuday's brands and support functions, providing guidance on enterprise risk management and supporting Nuuday’s digital transformation with requirements to identifying, analyzing, and reporting transformation-risks.

You will have a key role in ensuring Nuuday’s ERM framework and guidelines are updated to reflect compliance with the upcoming EU NIS2-Directive, effective from October 2024, both when it comes to risk management but also ensuring business impact assessments and business continuity plans are in place for critical business processes.

In addition, you will work closely with your colleagues in the Nuuday Security team and the Chief Security Officer (CSO) on strategic focus areas and management reporting, aiding to ensure that Nuuday's risk landscape is updated continuously, while providing objective and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders and the board.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate has prior experience in working with enterprise risk management and the ISO31000 & ISO 27005-standards. Certifications such as CRISC, CERA, PRM, CRM and CRMP are preferred, but not required.

You have experience as either department manager or team lead and preferably experience with managing employees remotely.

Being fluent in writing and speaking both English and Danish is a hard requirement as Nuuday operates with documentation in both languages.

The department

Nuuday Security consists of the areas Security Governance, Physical Security, Fraud and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Fraud and ERM are managed by their respective department heads, while Security Governance and Physical Security reports directly to the CSO. The Head of Enterprise Risk Management will report directly to the CSO.

This is a full-time position based in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
