We are one of the largest Salesforce hubs in the Nordic region, focusing on developing digital solutions for our 18 banks in the BEC community in Denmark. With locations in Aalborg, Copenhagen, and Warsaw, we are an internationally oriented company with a strong local presence. The vacant position is located at our office in Aalborg.

About the position:

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding customer needs and translating them into digital solutions. You will play a key role in developing user journeys and work closely with our product owners and development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and understanding customer needs to define requirements for digital solutions
• Developing and documenting user journeys and process flows
• Collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet expectations
• Contributing to ongoing innovation and improvement of our products and processes

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Strong interest and passion for digital user journeys
• Experience working closely with customers to uncover their needs
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain overview in complex situations
• Curious and innovative approach to problem-solving
