Microsoft CRM Con­sul­tant for Bunker Holding

On behalf of our customer Bunker Holding, we are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Microsoft CRM Consultant to join a team of seasoned colleagues. As a CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet the unique needs of the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure CRM systems, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Bunker Holding is the global leader in purchasing, selling, and supplying marine fuel and lube oil as well as providing risk management and other vital services for the shipping industry. The company operates via more than 1,660 ports worldwide and is present in 32 countries with 62 offices and more than 1,500 skilled employees.

The CRM team is a dynamic and innovative team within Group IT, dedicated to providing top-notch solutions to create business value in various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to gather and analyze requirements
• Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to business needs
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support and resolution
• Embrace Agile development methodologies based on Scrum
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft CRM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing application in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in configuring, customizing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core) are a plus not a requirement.
