Digital designer for Scoutz In­nova­tion & Tech Hub (UX/UI)

We are searching for a passionate digital designer (UX/UI) to help shape the digital banking experience in Scoutz based in Nordhavn Copenhagen.

As a digital product designer at Scoutz Innovation and Tech hub, you will be a vital part of creating seamless interaction designs and user journeys for banking advisors and customers. You will join our team taking lead on the design of our design system, and the digital design of our solutions with high focus on accessibility and functionality.

Scoutz opened its doors in January 2024 – we call it a start-up even though being a part of BEC. That means you get the best of both worlds. Your role is highly communicative as you'll participate as a cross functional role in our international agile delivery teams. You will collaborate closely with other digital and service designers, with products owners, business analysists, and developers. You will design and test solutions, help prioritize features, write user stories, ensuring that design decisions align with user needs, product vision and goals.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Cultivate a deep understanding of existing solutions and develop future iterations with a focus on a cohesive experience
• Combine research, insights and organizational goals to deliver designs that solve user needs and meet strategic objectives
• Create detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes and final designs with a strong UX/UI foundation with accessibility in mind
• Define key flows and user paths throughout our products, while capturing all states, edge-cases, and “unhappy paths”
• Create rapid prototypes to be used in user testing sessions
• Oversee, develop and maintain the Scoutz Design System
• Ensure our UI meets accessibility requirements and design guidelines
• Collaborate with the delivery teams in designing, building and testing solutions in an agile setup

About you:

• You are a creative problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiences
• You are comfortable in the unknown and eager to help shape the future of UX in Scoutz
• You act as user ambassador ensuring user involvement throughout the design process
• You are an expert user of Figma and other tools for UI to create Hi-Fi prototypes
• You have experience with creating and maintaining a design system
• You have experience working with accessibility
• You have about 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing digital solutions
• You hold a degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design or similar
• You are fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
