Analyst - IT Strategy & Digital Projects

We are currently looking for a new Student Assistant (Analyst) to join our newly established IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture team. Join us and be part of something big and exiting.

About the team and the role

We are the IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture team, and we are looking for a new team member to join us in improving IT and supporting both the IT management team and our day-to-day activities. Our focus areas are:

  • Developing the IT & Digital Strategy to best support the business of CIP and our sister company CISC.
  • Analysis of business and technology demand
  • Delivery of new Digital, Data & AI solutions and platforms
  • Establishing our Enterprise Architecture function
  • Working across IT and the business to ensure we deliver strong IT solutions.

The position is part-time (expect 15-20 hours per week) and is based in our new Copenhagen office at the tip of Nordhavn.

Key work areas

You will be joining a highly motivated IT department and get exposed to many different work areas and gain meaningful experience across the team and the wider organization to create world class IT. A great first step in your future career. Your responsibilities will amongst others be to:

  • Create presentations and coordinate on IT management topics and other tactical and strategic needs
  • Participate in and contribute to delivery of projects and workshops
  • Support us on communication and change activities to improve business-IT alignment and further mature the organisation
  • Adhoc tasks such as analysis and research of technology trends, planning & coordination etc.
  • Delivery of reports to management of IT and our users/customers
  • Coordinate and deliver in cooperation with analysts and associates in IT

Your profile

  • 2nd or 3rd year bachelor student or 1st year master’s student with strong analytical skills
  • Great if study is centered on business and technology, e.g. digital, business-IT alignment, strategy or similar, for example: HA(IT), Cand.merc.(IT), or similar
  • Team player with excellent written and spoken English and Danish skills
  • Thriving with responsibility and displaying attention to detail
  • Interest in IT, digital, management of IT, and wanting to learn more
  • Curious and creative mindset with an ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
