Senior Frontend Developer for Schneider Electric

Our customer Schneider Electric is looking to ad a Senior Frontend Developer to their dynamic team of four in their core software division.

You'll align with other frontend developers across teams, sharing a common tech stack, and play a pivotal role in custom engineering, adapting standard software to meet the needs of their major clients. This position requires a self-driven individual ready to grow and take ownership within the team, which operates on equal footing with 7 other teams, comprising a development department of approximately 50 people.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design and solve tasks, maintaining a focus on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and experimental work, often without predefined solutions
• Initiate projects from a blank repository, where you first task might be the creation of a login feature, ensuring there's no legacy code to contend with
• Engage in full ownership of projects, determining the how and the what of problem-solving

What we're looking for:

• A senior professional with the capability to implement robust solutions and the ambition to be the team's foremost senior member
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Angular is essential, with familiarity with Angular Material and Tailwind CSS being advantageous
• Knowledge of REST architecture, service contracts, and a willingness to occasionally support backend tasks
• Proficiency in web and application development, aiming to work on large-scale enterprice applications

Technical skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, Angular Material, and possibly Tailwind CSS
• Interest in NGXS State Management and NG Workspaces is a plus
• Familiarity with 2-week sprints, Jira for task management, and a transition towards GitHub Enterprise Pipelines for builds, with a significant emphasis on Docker
