The position

As a Student in the Digital, Data & IT Communication team, you will assist us in driving the communication agenda of Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT. You will be part of a small team of engaged and creatively minded communicators who support the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk through efficient and engaging communication.

A key part of the job is to create engaging digital content for:

  • Our internal channels such as our intranet (SharePoint), newsletters, SoMe channels (e.g. Viva Engage) and infoscreens
  • External platforms such as LinkedIn, novonordisk.com, and techlife.novonordisk.com

You will frequently be engaging in creation of visual and graphical communication assets within the visual identities of Novo Nordisk and Digital, Data & IT, including:

  • Design of PowerPoint slides
  • Short videos
  • Design of SharePoint sites
  • Layout of newsletters
  • GIFs and other engaging visual assets

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in the last part of the Bachelor’s programme or have just started the Master’s degree, within Communication, Media, Digital Design, UX/UI or similar. As an individual, you are service-minded, proactive, quality-conscious, creative, and have a ‘can-do attitude’. You have excellent English skills and keep calm in a dynamic working environment, characterised by a strong sense of team spirit and room for humour.

It is an advantage if you have practical experience from working with applications such as:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
  • DALL-E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or other AI design tools
  • Canva

Digital, Data & IT is a vibrant and diverse community of more than 3,400 colleagues globally, with strategic hubs in Denmark, India, the US, and China. At Digital, Data & IT, we collaborate closely with all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain to bring innovative digital solutions to people living with serious chronic diseases. In fact, digital technologies are transforming every aspect of our business, from the way we do research and develop new medicines to how we produce and make treatments available to patients.

The Digital, Data & IT Communication team consists of six communication partners. We are based in Bagsværd, Denmark, but we collaborate closely with colleagues across the globe. Our focus and responsibilities range from internal organisational communication, end user communication to 65.000 users, and external employer branding activities. It is a fast-paced environment, and we have high ambitions, but we insist on having fun in the process.
