About the team

You will join a collaborative team of 8 full-time employees, including 1 senior developer, located at our headquarters in Middelfart or in Aarhus. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and fellow senior developers. Our team focuses on CRM development on the trading platform, backlog management, and innovation. We work collectively to solve complex problems and regularly interact with users and business stakeholders through Teams or in person, emphasizing cohesive teamwork and communication.

Technical Solutions Experts for the Maritime Industry

As a Senior CRM Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing CRM solutions that enhance our operational efficiency in the maritime fuel sector. You will develop custom applications and plugins using Dynamics 365 CE and Azure services, ensuring our CRM systems effectively support our global trading operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that advance our company forward in an evolving industry.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing custom Dynamics 365 CE applications and plugins using C# to meet specific business needs
• Collaborating with business analysts to gather requirements and design effective CRM solutions
• Maintaining and enhancing existing CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives

Experienced Developers with a Strong Technical Foundation

We are looking for a developer skilled in CRM development who can quickly familiarize themselves with our systems and practices. You have a technical mindset combined with clear communication skills that allow you to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are focused on continuous improvement and innovation in your work.

We imagine that you have:

• Multiple years of firsthand experience with Dynamics 365 CE and strong proficiency in C# programming
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions for complex business requirements
• Knowledge of Azure services and experience with TypeScript and ReactJS
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations
• Adept problem-solving skills and attention to detail with effective communication skills
