You will play an important role in:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Development: Create and customize low-code solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), design workflows with Power Automate, and manage data with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Integration: Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft services like Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Maintenance and Support: Ensure solutions remain efficient and up-to-date, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all developed solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to refine and improve applications based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

We imagine that you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems , Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, RESTful Web APIs would be highly advantageous.
• The following certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Certified (PL-100), Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), or Power Platform Developer (PL-400).
• Certification in other Microsoft technologies like Azure or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Good communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work both independently -and as part of a team.

You will join the Lifecycle Processes and Digital Applications department within the functional area Engine Lifecycle Management. We are a part of a unified Engineering Two-Stroke organization with the clear ambition to reflect our role as the crankshaft of the MAN ES Engine lifecycle, responsible for the overall end-to-end processes covering the full engine lifecycle.

Alongside our colleagues within the functional area, we ensure production process validation and quality in the supply chain, and safe and compliant market introduction of marine products through an efficient approval process.

We collaborate with a wide range of departments within Engineering, R&D and our after-sales organization PrimeServ.
