Program lead


We are searching for a cyber resilience program lead.

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our Cyber Resilience Program in our Service Integration & Security area. The area oversees integration to BEC main service provider and security across BEC.

The Cyber Resilience Program Lead works across all levels of the BEC organization to drive change and improvement inside program scope. At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days.

Your direct manager will be Jacob Samson Schlüter.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage cyber resilience program.
  • Implement, together with teams, infrastructure technologies in scope of the program.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Lead steering group meeting and facilitate alignment with steering group and program stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and inspire the team.
  • Provide technical insight and make informed decisions while understanding when to make independent decisions and when to seek higher approval.

To succeed you will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in information security or complex IT environments is required.
  • Proven experience in leading large, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of cyber resilience principles.
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a positive and can-do attitude.

It’s nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with the ITIL framework.
